Did London Metropolitan Police collect bribe to cover up Bircham's rape case?

 Adjekpagbon Blessed Mudiaga

The ongoing rape outcry by Ruth Bircham, a Jamaican-born-British citizen and erotic painter living in London, has taken a new twist as she further disclosed that a female police officer (yet to be named) who she suspected to be a Nigerian working with the London Metropolitan Police, may have connived with her colleagues to sweep the case of her rape incident under the carpet, because the accused (alleged offender), Mr. Olufemi Ali is a Nigerian, who may have bought them over with money.
Ruth Bircham, the rape victim ..
In a message the erotic artist sent to Bulkybon Periscopes on Saturday, (July 29, 2017), Bircham avers that, “I could see what the police were doing was wrong from the beginning. After he (Olufemi) dropped the phone on them and ran to Birmingham, they found him and told him to come to the police station the next day instead of arresting him. Then they questioned him and let him pay bail.
“Then they discharged the case after taking his passport and phone to read his messages which he had deleted some. Then they never updated the database of the rape incident, and never gave me any numbers for support. They also insinuated that my profession was what caused him to rape me, my usage of words; and my friend’s (witness’s name withheld) statement, which counteracted my own. They were finding faults with everything surrounding me to discharge my case.
“The forensic didn’t swab inside my cervix, she just swabbed my labia. When I am the victim here who called them. What is up with that? I don't understand. They all purely victimized me and treated the criminal as the victim because he paid bail.
From the foregoing, the London Metropolitan Police need to clear its reputation by letting the world know why the data base of the rape incident was not updated for record purpose, and why according to the complainant, a shady forensic test was conducted on her reproductive organ.
The identity of the suspected Nigerian female working as chaperone of the complainant, in the London Metropolitan Police needs to be fully made known and investigated too. It is important to ascertain the role the police officers played or are still playing in the “Olufemi rape allegation saga,” considering the victim’s assertion that the London Metropolitan Police have likewise raped her by discharging the accused without charging him to court.
Furthermore, Bulkybon Periscopes also received a photographed copy of a letter from Bircham, which the London Metropolitan Police wrote her. She says the letter clearly show the police negligence of duty in the processes of carrying out proper investigation and giving moral or psychological support to a rape victim.
The complainant also alleges that, “They told my friend one thing and did another thing. This is not professional police work on my case. I will send this letter along with my friend’s statement to my MP and the Mayor of London. It clearly shows deception, defamation, and victimization of me to drop my rape case. I have been raped by the police as well as by the rapist.”

Rape outcry: UK erotic artist advocates self defense for women, slams police

Ruth Bircham, the erotic painter

Adjekpagbon Blessed Mudiaga

As a result of responses that followed the UK romantic painter, Ruth Bircham’s outburst on facebook recently, about a Nigerian man that she accused of raping her, the artist has started advocating for measures that women and girls could use to defend themselves, as she sees the law and police as useless tools to rely on, for justice against rapists.
Throwing more light on the issue, she says “When I gave the police the rapist phone number, they called him and asked him to come in for questioning. He dropped the phone on the police officers. Now, if a person is innocent he/she would not drop the phone on the police, they would plead that they are innocent and come into the police station to plead their own innocence. My police advocate said that. Instead of coming to the station he bolted to Birmingham. The police had to notify the airports, the trains and other transportation leaving London and used computer to track him down. For two weeks, they finally caught up with him at his sister’s home in London and arrested him.”
However, according to Bircham, after sometime the accused, Mr. Olufemi Ali, was left off the hook by the police. This made the victim suspect that something fishy must have happened somewhere along the line between the police and the accused man.
Based on the above, the erotic painter offers that, “Please learn some type of self defense and if you have children, let them too learn self defense also, because rape can happen to everyone. Everyone needs to learn self-defense. Protect and defend yourself because the law is useless... and so are the police.”
Responding to insinuations by some commentators who said the accused might have been tempted to commit the crime because of the erotic nature of the artist’s works, she wondered that “Is it wrong to be passionate about my artworks to create the truth of the environment existences? Now I think that, God wants me to protect the women and children from rape to paint the realities of rape on vulnerable victims and the effects it has on their family. “This is why it took me so long to report it to the police, because I was thinking of my darling daughter and grandson. I thought that if I kept silent that they would not have to see me crying and in pain.
“But the after effects of rape are very lethal. I kept vomiting everything that I had eaten and having runny tummy. Nothing would stay inside of me and then the thoughts of suicide entered into my mind as I struggled with the thoughts of reporting to the police.
"Various voices from afar chiming together said that, ‘it is already done now, just take a blood test to check if you have AIDS, because African countries are riddled with AIDS and other tropical diseases that can kill you.’
One other thing that worries her mind as she says is, “The numbness of hoping that you have not caught AIDS, syphilis, Chlamydia, fungus and other std is also very disturbing. The numbness felt as you are given a course of AIDS meds to take for a whole month coupled with side effects that damages your kidneys and liver, causes nausea and vomiting.”
She further said she is also weighed down by the incident as she posits that, “Being interviewed by strange people that do not believe you that you are just doing your job is heart wrecking. The loneliness you feel inside and the many questions reeling through my mind; my friend raped me, why? Why did he do that to me? What a life sentence to give to someone that you have laughed, chatted, and had snapped pictures with!
“Five years, of not really knowing that your friend had a hidden agenda to rape you. And this is the most painful part. Not knowing what your friend is thinking while you are having coffee in a cafĂ©, walking and having conversation with, laughing and joking about things with; to finally been raped by him. This is the most dangerous friend ever.”

UK erotic artist, Ruth Bircham accuses Nigerian of rape

Adjekpagbon Blessed Mudiaga

Highly talented erotic fine-artist (painter), Ruth Bircham, has accused a Nigerian of raping her in the U.K. The victim through her facebook posts (July 26, 2017), gave details of how she became friend with the accused and the incidences that led to his illicit penetration of her private part.
Rape is a type of sexual assault usually involving sexual intercourse or other forms of sexual penetration carried out against a person without that person's consent. It is a crime in any decent society to sexually assault any person of the opposite sex, and have sexual intercourse without the person’s consent.
Their first meeting after the accused said he wanted
to buy her art works. Left to right: Ruth Bircham & Olufemi  Ali.
Through Bulkybon Periscopes interaction with the victim, she disclosed the accused name as Olufemi Ali, who uses the name 'Femoral Aloral' on facebook, where the victim said she got to know him when he sent a friend request to her and claimed that he wanted to buy her erotic art works.
According to her cry out for help on facebook, “On the 10th of June, my sister-in-law and niece saw me fall to the ground on the street from their car. She called the ambulance, and kept me conscious until the ambulance arrived. I was kept in hospital by the doctors.
“For five days, I was unable to eat any food, because the DWP messed about with the money that it was giving me... the medical assessors slander stopped the ESA from paying my rent, and all other bills, as I was a victim of lies. I wrote to my local MP, Steve Reed, and he wrote to the DWP. The DWP said that the medical assessment is invalid assessment and will do a reassessment on me. They called me for reassessment this year last month.
“On the 5th of June 2017 whereby they had to do a second reassessment, because I was rushed to hospital on the first reassessment due to chronic constipation from the pain killers that I take for the pains in my body. The arthritis, sciatica lumbar, carpal tunnel, spinal stenosis, intestinal malrotation deformity.
“On the 5th June at the assessment they had the air conditioning on and constant cold air blew on my legs in the waiting room for an hour. This worsened my arthritis in my whole legs, I tried getting up and moving around to loosen the stiffness in my both legs, but the sciatica kicked in and I had to sit down under the air conditioning.
“When I next got up, my legs gave away from beneath me loads of times and I couldn't walk when I was called, every time I placed my foot down they took turns giving away from under me. So, on the 6th 7, 8, 9 & 10th June, I had not eaten any food at all. On the 10th of June, I forced my legs to walk, because none of my family would help me for food shopping so I was extremely hungry and had to go shopping. I had to leave one of the crutches at home to bring the shopping trolley. It was very hot that day and that was why I fell to the ground on my way back home.
“I was taken from home by ambulance to the hospital and back home again by ambulance service, a doctor X-rayed me and said that my both legs are severely sprained, and because of the staples in my right leg, that it will take a month before I can weight bare on my legs. On the 24th June I was raped by a five years friendship of a facebook friend from Nigeria. I do not blame every Nigerian man for this Nigerian rapist. This is what happened to me and I feel so bloody numb. I can't believe it. If this isn't rape, then what is called rape?
The victim’s post further explains that, “And he asked me what was up with my legs. As I walked with the crutches into the dining room, he said to me that he was worried about the issues of my legs and what treatment that I was getting. I started to explain, I sat on the mattress that was my makeshift bed which was unsteady, I offered him the computer chair to sit on, but instead he tried to sit on my mattress and fell off it. I offered him the chair again and he said he was fine on the mattress. I moved away from him, so that there was a huge space between us, while I was explaining the treatment to him, he leaned towards me and grabbed my breasts.
“I brushed his hand away and told him not to touch me, ‘No, don't touch me,’ I said. And I tried to get up of the mattress to reach for my crutches; he said that he would not touch me again. So, I told him that the next time he touched me he must leave my house. I continue to explain the condition of my legs and he reached over again and touched my breasts again, pushing his hand down into my top, I told him to stop and to get out of my house, he stood up, and I thought he was going to leave, then he pulled down his trousers swiftly.
“I was shocked but I reached for my crutches to pull me up, he moved my crutches away from me and pulled down my leggings and panties at the same time then he threw his whole body weight on to my bruised body that was injured from the fall. He wedged his body between my legs and he pulled down his shorts, I was telling him to get of me, to stop, ‘Get off me!’ I shouted, ‘what are you doing I asked him, get of me.’
“I pushed at him with both my arthritis fingers and carpal tunnel hands and arms to get of me but my hands hurt when I moved them to push him off me but I continue pushing at hi.m, I said ‘no, no no get of
Olufemi Ali, the accused Nigerian man  in UK
f me.’ He leaned forward with his full chunky body weight onto my bruised chest and ribs, and entered me, I couldn't feel anything and he was moving against me and saying ‘I told you I will fuck you, I can do it in your arse.’ I said ‘Get off me no get off. I couldn't move my sprained legs as they hurt so much every time I moved them. I attempted but they wouldn't move, I pushed at him with my numb osteoarthritis fingers and hands but he never stopped, and I felt numb and I must have blacked out, because he was off me and there was a horrible strong smell and wetness between my legs and I felt rising vomit in my mouth and I couldn't move. “Then I heard him far away asking me where the bathroom was, my ears felt numb and my eyes were blurring and I said what? I couldn't get up I tried to get up and I couldn't get up. Then he was upstairs then I heard him come back down and I got my crutches and quickly moved as I thought he was going to rape me again, then he went back upstairs.
“My legs were giving away and I crawled upstairs because the smell was so strong and I wanted to vomit I couldn't use the portable toilet because I took the removal able section upstairs that morning. So, I crawled up the stairs on my hands and feet to the bathroom and pushed against the door to go in, and he was there and he said something but it sounded distant. And I don't know how I got back down the stairs and I don't know what happened only that he was sitting on my mattress playing with his phone then he looked up at me I was leaning on the door frame holding my two crutches looking at him. He said smiling ‘lovely love making.’ I stared at him and said ’that wasn't love making you raped me get out of my house.’ And he continued to play with his phone. And I stood there waiting for him to leave, then I don't remember then we are both at the front door and he is taking pictures of me. I can't remember what happened after the photograph taking, I felt afraid to sit down, then my legs gave away from beneath me and I dragged myself to sit in the front room and he came back into my house into the sitting room. I was afraid. This is what happens to me on the 24th June 2017. I was raped and the law said that he is free....”
“I have to be strong and be the strongest person ever, because I am not only doing this for me. I'm doing it for every single raped victim in the world and especially in the UK, this is pure sickness.”
Ruth also emphasizes that, “I am going to look for groups, rape victims who are with rape crisis and other groups who are affected by rape and the laws to bring together to speak at every place that will accept me.  Then I am going to create rallies to speak up about rape and the Laws assigned to the victims and the rapists.
“First of all, the bail bound should be banned, and all cases should go to court whether there is enough evidence or not, because the victims still was raped and the rapist still raped. And I hope to travel all around the world to instill this, because children are also raped too and it is not right.
“Every victim has a right to be heard, every victim of rape must have their day in courts and every rapist must have their day in court. Justice is undermined by money and that should never be the issue ever.
“Women with disabilities, children, women who are old, teenagers, men, mental health people, handicap people, people with mobility issues and people with many disabilities, learning disabilities, are still people…”
